Our daily schedule is the backbone of our program. We all eat lunch, find our cubbies, use the bathroom, play outside, greet each other listen to stories, rest, play and share with each other each day. Although the length of time spent on each part of the schedule may vary depending on the wants and needs of the group, things follow in the same order each day. These daily happenings help us organize and plan our times together.
7:30am - 9am
Weather permitting, this time is usually spent outside in our playscape which serves as an outdoor classroom. Through consistency, repetition and visual supports, all children increase the length of time and activities they participate in at their just-right developmental level.
9am -9:30pm
Circle time is layered so that children just learning to attend may stay only for one or two components. Children who are ready, will stay for all five components.
